All services are carried out in accordance with applicable South African laws, regulations, and safety standards.

3. Quotations & Pricing

All quotations are valid for a limited period as stated on the quote.
Prices may change if the scope of work changes or if unforeseen issues arise.
Any additional work required will be discussed and approved before proceeding.

4. Call-Out & Assessment Fees

Jo-Ria Electrical may charge an on-site assessment or call-out fee.
Where applicable, this fee may be credited towards the final cost if the client accepts the quotation, unless stated otherwise in writing.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be clearly stated on invoices or quotations.
Payment is due immediately upon completion of work unless agreed otherwise.
Late payments may result in additional charges or suspension of services.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Provide safe and reasonable access to the work site
Ensure that all information provided is accurate
Inform Jo-Ria Electrical of any known electrical faults or hazards

Jo-Ria Electrical reserves the right to refuse or stop work if conditions are unsafe.

7. Certificates of Compliance (CoCs)

CoCs will only be issued once work has been completed and inspected.
Certificates apply only to the work performed by Jo-Ria Electrical.
Existing faults outside the scope of work are excluded unless repaired.

8. Warranties & Liability

Workmanship is guaranteed for a reasonable period, subject to correct use.
Jo-Ria Electrical is not liable for faults caused by misuse, tampering, third-party work, or existing non-compliant installations.
Liability is limited to the value of the services rendered.

9. Website Use & Content

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and branding, is the property of Jo-Ria Electrical.
Content may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

10. Privacy & POPIA Compliance
